Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified.
- Custom-ordered trailers or made-to-order items may require additional build and processing time. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Shipping & Delivery Methods
We offer the following fulfillment options, depending on the product:
- In-Store Pickup:
Free pickup is available at our dealership location in Wooster, Ohio. Pickup scheduling will be coordinated after purchase. - Local Delivery:
Local delivery may be available for select products within a defined radius. Delivery fees vary based on distance and product size. - Third-Party Freight Shipping:
Large or oversized items, including trailers, may be shipped using third-party freight carriers. Freight costs are calculated based on destination, size, weight, and carrier availability.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping and delivery costs are not included in product pricing unless explicitly stated.
- Exact shipping charges will be provided prior to order fulfillment or at checkout when applicable.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping, delivery, and freight charges.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary based on product type, availability, carrier schedules, and destination. Estimated delivery windows will be provided once shipping arrangements are confirmed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or supply chain disruptions are outside our control.

Inspection & Acceptance
Customers are responsible for inspecting delivered items upon receipt. Any visible damage should be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery and reported to us promptly.
